This committee, chaired by Sandra Riendeau, is charged with improving the appearance of Colebrook through volunteer efforts. As part of this, in partnership with Tillotson North Country Foundation, funds are granted to assist with façade and sign improvements for the businesses in the town. The Design Committee is currently looking at the "Streetscape" of Colebrook to find ways in which the appearance of the town can be improved further - and how improvements can be funded. CDDA installed an information kiosk on Main Street (across from Kiwanis Park) to publicize events in the area. This was achieved with contributions from many people and businesses in the area.
As part of the Design Committee of CDDA, it is the fiscal sponsor for the Colebrook Garden Club. The Garden Club changes and maintains the decorations seasonally on the poles along Main Street, as well as the barrels on the sidewalks. Thanks to the Colebrook Garden Club members and volunteers, Colebrook's Main Street is attractive year round.
